Are your products printed or embroidered?

Depending on the item, designs may be DTG printed, embroidered, or specialty finished. The product page will indicate the exact method.

We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and most international destinations. Availability may vary depending on the item.

How long does production take?

Each Jackin Ralph item is made-to-order.

Production time is typically 2–5 business days.

During busy seasons or holidays, production may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the item(s) ordered.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or change of mind. However, we've got your back if there's an issue.

What if my order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective?

If something isn’t right, email us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

What if my package is lost?

If tracking shows no movement or the package is marked “delivered” but never arrived, contact us. We’ll help resolve the issue, and when applicable, send a replacement.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started. If you need help, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to assist.
