Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or change of mind. However, we've got your back if there's an issue.
What if my order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective?
If something isn’t right, email us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
What if my package is lost?
If tracking shows no movement or the package is marked “delivered” but never arrived, contact us. We’ll help resolve the issue, and when applicable, send a replacement.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started. If you need help, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to assist.
